No, it really isn't but I have a solution. The MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray item # MR79RR is designed to be mounted in storage compartments. It needs a sturdy base to support the weight of your generator and you're not going to be able to get that mounting it to the bumper on your OutDoors 5th wheel trailer.

The internal tray dimensions of the 22-3/4" x 16-1/2" MORryde RV Generator Slide Out Tray # MR49RR are 21" long x 14" wide x 2-3/4" tall which according to my research means it will accommodate up to 2 golf cart batteries.

Since a 2021 Aliner Ranger 12 camper doesn't come with a steel 4" x 4" bumper you'd have to have one welded to the frame before you'd be able to mount the The 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e96ZR. You'd need at minimum 1/2" of clearance between the body of the camper and the bumper in order to get the mounting brackets for the carrier in place. You'll also need to check with capacity if the bumper with whoever welds it into place to ensure that it's strong enough... view full answer...
For a 138-1/2" flange to flange measurement I recommend the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 139" Wide - Black # LCV000168328. This will have approximately 2-3/4" of overhang past the slide out so you'll want to make sure that there's enough clearance on both sides of the box. If not you can size down to the # LCV000184673 and would need to play with it a bit to get it centered on the box.

For a 150" flange to flange measurement you'll need the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000163299. This slide topper is designed to fit 146" - 151" flange to flange measurements. Going a size larger than this could potentially sit the mounting brackets out too far to be able to mount them to the wall of the slide out. This would have roughly 3" of overhang (fabric and arms) so it's important to make sure the arms won't come into contact with anything near your slide out.

When measuring for an RV Cover you'll want to measure from the end of the rear bumper to front of the trailer body, without including the trailer tongue. If your trailer measures 24' to 26' in length then you'll want to go with the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover # AD77ZR. Based on the picture I doubt it's smaller but if it's less than 24' you can go with the # AD67ZR (22' - 24') instead.
